Key Conditions

Technology

ISOs are required to use City Hive payment terminals and City Hive online payment processing for all merchant accounts.

Territory

Each ISO is assigned and limited to a specific geographical region as defined and approved by City Hive.

Residual Term

ISOs receive residual payments for a maximum of 7 years (84 months) per enrolled merchant account.

Buyout Rights

City Hive reserves the right to buy out ISO residuals no earlier than 1 year into the agreement. Any earlier buyout requires mutual written consent from the ISO. The buyout amount shall be no less than 24 months of residuals.

Onboarding Bonus

A one-time payment of $500 USD is issued to the ISO upon successful onboarding of each new merchant.
